  514.       The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  515.       Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  516.       diskette(s) or documentation and shall not include or extend to
  517.       any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including

  519.       or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar
  520.           claims, even if P.V.M.Inc. has been specifically advised of the
